Grass feeding
46,000 hectares dedicated for cattle to graze. Native and introduced grass species adapted to our environment are combined throughout the life-cycle of the animals. This production system explains the excellent flavor of Argentine meat.
Adapted genetics
Our goal is to produce a high quality product. This accounts for the choice of the Aberdeen Angus breed, characterized by many years of selection for flavor and tenderness. Artificial insemination allows us to access the best sires for the characteristics that we seek, no matter where in the world they may be. We created and developed a bull ranch where livestock is bred to meet the Company’s objectives.

Traceability
We developed a production system with traceability from the calves birth. The cows are owned by the company, and the entire calf production-cycle, up to the moment the adults are sold, is carried out under the Company’s control. The cattle moves from one establishment to another according to the type of feed they need at each stage of its life.
